1. Booking Cancellation Timelines
We understand that travel plans change. To be fair to both our customers and our partner drivers, we apply a tiered cancellation fee structure:

| More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup | ₹0 (Full Refund / Free Cancellation) |
| Between 6 and 24 hours before scheduled pickup | 25% of the estimated fare |
| Less than 6 hours before pickup or No-Show | 50% of the estimated fare |
2. Driver No-Show and Failure to Provide Service
In the extremely rare event that our assigned driver fails to show up at your pickup location without prior notice:
- You will receive a 100% Full Refund of any advance booking deposit paid.
- We will provide an additional 10% compensation voucher applicable on your next trip booking with us.
- Our team will immediately coordinate to find an alternative replacement cab to minimize your delay.

4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, net banking, or credit card). The standard credit processing time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on bank processing schedules.
