Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends entirely on our booking cancellation timelines. If you cancel your reservation under our terms, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Processing Timeline

Once a cancellation is requested and approved, the refund is initiated automatically. The refund amount will be credited back to your original source of payment within 3 to 7 working days. Please note that banks and UPI gateway service providers may take additional time to process and reflect the credit in your account statement.

3. Refund Payment Methods

All refunds are processed directly back to the payment method used at the time of booking:

  • UPI Payments: Credited back to the linked bank account associated with the UPI ID used.
  • Net Banking & Card Payments: Credited back to the original bank account or card.
  • Cash / Direct Transfers: If the deposit was paid in cash or direct bank transfer, the refund will be transferred via Google Pay, PhonePe, or bank IMPS/NEFT, as coordinated with the customer.
