These terms outline the rules and regulations for booking vehicles and using the services of Go Safar Cabs.
1. Fare Calculation & Payments
All quotes provided by Go Safar Cabs are calculated transparently. Fares are structured based on:
- Per-Kilometer Basis: Fares depend on the exact vehicle category chosen and the distance traveled.
- Additional Charges: State toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances are extra unless explicitly stated as included in the package.
- Night Halts: Night halt charges (typically ₹700 per night) are applicable for multi-day outstation trips.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking request submitted on our website is considered pending until confirmed. Final confirmation, driver details, and vehicle numbers are communicated and confirmed via WhatsApp or Phone call prior to your journey.
3. Cancellation & Booking Changes
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:
- Free Cancellation: No cancellation charge applies if the ride is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: A cancellation charge of 25% of the estimated fare applies if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
4. Child Seats & Special Requirements
Child safety seats are not included in the standard cab fleet by default. If you require a child seat, please inform our reservation team via WhatsApp in advance so we can arrange it (subject to availability).
5. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on our trips under specific conditions to maintain fleet hygiene. Pets are allowed only in covered pet carriers/crates. Please inform the team when booking if you intend to travel with a pet so we can assign a pet-friendly chauffeur.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Go Safar Cabs makes every effort to ensure prompt pickups and on-time arrivals. However, we are not responsible or liable for delays, missed flights, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as heavy traffic congestion, road blockages, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. In case of a breakdown, we will make every effort to arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
